We look at the layout, the structure, the light, and how you actually use it — a bath, a kitchen, or a pole barn. You get a clear estimate, not a number that grows after the first day.

Demo, framing, tile, paint, and shop finish. The surface you see is only as good as the work underneath it. This is the part we will not rush.
